40% of Ohio Third Graders Are Not Reading Proficiently

            Parents, this is bad news for our children and the future of Ohio.  To address this, the governor signed executive order 2023-07D, the Governor’s Literacy Challenge, (Executive Order 2023-07D | Governor Mike DeWine (ohio.gov) )
